Dr. Jai Kolliboyana, DDS
Dr. Jai Kolliboyana is a dedicated and compassionate dentist with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health and radiant smiles. With more than 12 years of experience in the field of dentistry, Dr. Jai combines clinical expertise with a warm, personalized approach to care.
Dr. Jai earned his Doctor of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from University of SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He is committed to continuing education and regularly attends advanced training courses to stay current with the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies.
Dr. Jai offers a comprehensive range of services, including General Dentistry, cosmetic enhancements, Implants, IV Sedation, Invisalign and Preventive care. His focus is on creating customized treatment plans that meet each patient’s unique needs and goals. Known for his gentle demeanor and patient-centered approach, Dr. Jai strives to make every visit a positive and comfortable experience.
Dr. Jai offers a full spectrum of implant services, including single-tooth implants, implant-supported bridges, and full-arch restoration. His meticulous approach ensures optimal outcomes, from initial consultation and planning to surgical placement and final restoration. Known for his detailed attention and compassionate care, Dr. Jai works closely with each patient to create a customized treatment plan that aligns with their specific needs and desires.
Outside of the office, Dr. Jai enjoys hiking and walking in the parks, exploring new food places and cooking, playing Tennis and swimming. He believes in the importance of a balanced life and brings that philosophy to his practice, fostering an environment where patients feel valued and cared for.

Hayley Hopper
Hayley Hopper is a registered dental hygienist at Mayfield Ranch Dental, where she brings a gentle touch and a genuine passion for patient care to every visit.
With 10 years of experience in the dental industry, including 4 years dedicated to dental hygiene, Hayley specializes in preventative oral care and laser dentistry.
Hayley’s role includes performing individualized, comprehensive periodontal assessments and developing customized treatment plans to ensure the most effective prophylactic and periodontal therapies.
Hayley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene. Along with being certified in various laser therapies, she strives to stay current with modern techniques to provide the highest quality of care.
Outside the office, Hayley enjoys spending time with her four furbabies, attending music concerts, crocheting, and painting. Her creativity and upbeat personality shine through both in her personal life and in the warm, welcoming care she provides to every patient.
Desiree Gonzalez
With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, I began my career as a dental assistant and have since grown into specialized roles in office management, treatment planning, and insurance submission. I earned my Dental Assisting license from Kaplan College in 2008 and later expanded my expertise by studying Business Management at Del Mar College in 2016.
Originally from the Corpus Christi, Texas area, I bring both passion and dedication to every aspect of patient care. I genuinely love the dental field and value the privilege of helping people achieve the healthy, confident smiles they deserve. Outside of work, I am a proud parent of four amazing children who inspire me every day.
Jalay
I am a healthcare professional who supports the dental team as an Insurance Specialist, helping patients understand their benefits and ensuring insurance information is accurate and up to date. With a background in health informatics and pharmacy, I bring a strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of healthcare processes and compliance.
I work closely with patients, providers, and insurance companies to help claims move smoothly and to reduce confusion around coverage and billing. I enjoy working as part of a dental team that takes pride in supporting patient care.
Beyond work, I’m always seeking adventure—whether it’s hiking through scenic trails or exploring new places. I also have a passion for food and love tasting dishes from different cuisines.
Mahesh Babu Kona
Mahesh Babu Kona is a Clinical Informatics Specialist and Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) at Mayfield Ranch Dental, working at the intersection of dentistry and health informatics. He holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics (MS HI) from the University of North Texas, USA, along with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), giving him a strong foundation in both clinical care and healthcare information systems.
Mahesh brings hands-on clinical experience combined with expertise in data-driven healthcare workflows, electronic health records, and compliance standards. His professional training includes Dental Assisting, HIPAA and OSHA compliance, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pharmacy Technician certification. He is passionate about improving patient care, optimizing clinical operations, and leveraging informatics to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality in dental and healthcare settings.
Raghad Himad
Raghad Himad is a Registered Dental Assistant with over 3 years of hands-on clinical experience, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care with a warm smile and a strong team-first mindset. She plays a key role in ensuring every visit runs smoothly, comfortably, and efficiently.
She is highly skilled in chairside assistance, X-ray processing, treatment room preparation, restorative procedures, and oral hygiene support. Known for her attention to detail, Raghad also excels in documentation, data entry, instrument selection, and coordinating with dental staff to maintain seamless workflows.
Bringing a unique blend of healthcare and technology, Raghad also has experience in content generation, data management, and social media data analysis, helping bridge clinical excellence with modern digital engagement.
Outside the clinic, Raghad is a proud mom of two, who loves spending quality time with her family and friends. When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll often find her traveling and exploring new places, bringing that same positive energy back to the practice.
She holds a High School Diploma along with formal training in Dental Assisting and IT Marketing, making her a versatile and valued member of the Mayfield Ranch Dental team.
